Keyboard navigation for drop-down fields Collecting Feedback

I tend to use keyboard navigation heavily to complete forms, e.g. when creating a new Person or Organisation. In the case of creating a new Person, it's (currently, build #320) not possible to navigate the options in the Organization field without using a mouse. Ideally, the arrow keys on my keyboard would allow me to scroll through the list, and the enter key would select my chosen item from the drop-down
