Yes, you can specify EU or UK hosting. The cost per agent is £30 per month (ie priced in UK pounds sterling, as opposed to US$ for our standard hosting).

To get your EU or UK hosting set up, please email sales@deskpro.com with your preferred hosting location, the address and contact details that should appear on the invoice, the number of agents you want, and your EU VAT number if you are a non-UK company based in the EU.
