We're pleased to announce that as of Monday 21st May 2018, Deskpro is enabling SSL encryption for all cloud customers on custom domains for free.

We've decided to enable SSL as standard across all cloud accounts to improve the ability for agents and users to securely use Deskpro.

You won't need to do anything in order for this to happen, from the specified date, SSL for Deskpro will be enabled on your custom domain.

This means that non-secure access to Deskpro will no longer work, and will be re-directed to https in all instances.

If you are already using your own SSL certificate, this will continue to be the case from Monday 21st May 2018 and will not change.
