The automatic Deskpro updater will check for an update, download, extract and install everything for you. This is the recommended way to perform an update.

Schedule Update

Initiate the updater from Admin > Setup > Automatic Updater.

After you schedule an update, you’ll see a new section on the page titled “Next Update”. Click the “Open Update Status” button to load a special web page that will show you the status of any running upgrade.

This page will auto-update with the status of the updater as it runs.
