Email addresses for Teams Collecting Feedback
Being able to assign email addresses to Teams would be helpful in situations where a Team needs to have their attention drawn to a ticket, but not have it reassigned. As it is now, using features like @mentions or Add Followers will only work for individual users, so not only is it time consuming, but one also has to know the users in each of the teams in order to add them all as followers.
