I'd like the option for an agent to be able to select from all registered users when creating an Approval. Currently, the templates only allow the following:

An example use case for this might be:

That a user needs access to a folder, we need to get it approved by their boss. So we would normally forward the ticket to them. Using this system we can add them as an approver.
