When composing a message on a Ticket you can click on the text formatting icon to open up the formatting options:

Which will open along the top of the text editor:
There are 19 formatting icons, we will run through them in order from left to right:
Paragraph - You can format the paragraph into a number of standard styles. Keep the original formatting or use either Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 or a code block.
Strong - Make your text bold.
Emphasis - Italicise your text for emphasis.
Underline
Strikethrough
Text Alignment - Change the alignment of the text in your message.
Text Color - Select your text color from the color picker:

Highlight - Select your highlight color from the color picker:

Inline code - Format text as code inside your message:
Insert Link - Allows you to insert links directly to your message. There are three link types you can add:
URL
This will add a simple link to your message. You'll need to add the URL, a title (which is the text the link will be embedded into) and you can choose whether the link should open in a new tab:
Add a title and an email to insert it into your message (it will add the mailto prefix to the address so Users can open up a message to the address in one click):
Help Center Content
You can quickly add a link to your Help Center content. Just search and click on the required piece of content to inset:

Bulleted List
Numbered List
Increase Indent
Decrease Indent
Block Quote
Insert Image - Clicking will launch a modal where you can drag and drop or browse and add files.

Clear Formatting - Clear all formatting applied to your message.
Toggle Signature - Add or remove your signature as appropriate for the messsage.
