From the Search section in the Navigation Panel, you can access Ticket Search.
Ticket Search allows you to locate specific tickets based on key words, searches run based on:
Ticket Message Contents
Ticket Message Attachments
Ticket Subject
Creating Searches
You create a search by clicking on the "New Search" button in the Navigation panel.
This will load the search interface.
Use the main search input to search against ticket message content.
Use Refine Search panel, to search against additional criteria such as ticket subject, ticket message attachments, author, or agent.
By default, the most relevant tickets will appear first. And once you add criteria to refine the search the ticket that matches multiple of the criteria will be ranked higher.
Using the Refine Search panel you can filter the results:
Once you've searched for a term, it will appear in the Navigation Panel under the History heading, you can click on a term in your search history to re-run the search again.
Starred Searches
You can Star searches, which will pin it to the top of the Navigation Panel under Starred searches, giving you quick access to re-run the search again by just clicking the term, hover over the search term in the history panel:
And click on Star.
Once you have starred a search, you can rename it. Or you can delete it which will remove it from under the Starred heading. To do this simply hover over the term on the Navigation Panel.
Deleting Searches
You can also delete searches from your Search History, do this by hovering over the term and clicking Delete.
