Chat and Voice Apps
From the bottom of the Navigation Panel you access the Chat and Voice apps.
You can manage your activity status, ring volume and see how many other Agents are online.
Agent Profile
You also access your Agent Profile from your avatar at the bottom of the Navigation Panel, from here you can manage:
Preferences - Where individual Profile, Security and Notification settings are applied.
Keyboard Shortcuts - Where you can enable or disable shortcuts and see a list of the helpdesk shortcuts.
Logout - Where you can manually log out of the helpdesk.
