The Content Panel is where you work with and create individual items (Tickets, Knowledgebase articles, etc).
When you open items in the Content Panel they will display as tabs above the Header of the item. You can open multiple items at once, they simply open as different tabs in the interface.
No matter which app interface you have selected, a mixture of item types can be open in tabs in the Content Panel. You switch between them by clicking on the tabs.
If you have more tabs than can fit your browser window the overflow will be accessible through the Tabs Menu:
This shows you any tabs that aren't visible along the Content Panel and any of your recently closed tabs. You can also use the Search Bar here to quickly find any of your open or recently closed tabs.
To close one of your open tab, click the x.
Or if you right click on a tab you get more options:
Close this tab - Which closes the tab you have clicked on
Close all other tabs - Which closes all the tabs other than the one you have clicked on
Close tabs to the right - Which closes all the tabs to the right of the one you have clicked on
Pin this tab - Which pins the tab you select to the front of your open tabs
You can also get back to your queue by using your browser's back button whilst also keeping any tabs you have open. Or using the Back to Queue button when using the helpdesk in Table or Kanban Views.
