At the bottom of the Navigation Panel, you can also manage your Chat and Voice apps by selecting the relevant icon.

You can manage your activity status, ring volume and see how many other Agents are online. If you have the Navigation Panel collapsed, you can manage these settings from the Navigation Bar, which is where these controls are minimized to.

You can still manage these apps when the panel is collapsed, you just need to select the icons from the Navigation Bar instead.
