We have released version 2023.0 of Deskpro. This post summarizes the updates we have made to our legacy product.

New feature

✨ We have added an Admin Tool to assist in upgrading to Deskpro Horizon to help ensure your legacy helpdesk is ready for the upgrade.

Bug fix

🐛 We have also fixed an issue where enabling v2 Snippets after upgrading them sometimes failed (SC 103960).
