Instance backup failed (on demand)

Before a backup is ran Deskpro will check the avialaable disk space to make sure there is enough room to take the backup.

If there is not enough space the backup job will not run and this error will alert. Please check your disk space usage and create more free space so that the backups can run sucesfully.

If you have enough disk space for the backups to run please generate a report file from trying to take a backup (guide), and submit a support request.
