We are working on a new Android app that has a lot more functionality and a new user friendly interface to make replying to tickets on the go a lot easier! This app will be more in line with our latest iOS app.

We currently have a BETA release version of the Android application, which you can download and install directly from here: https://support.deskpro.com/en_GB/downloads/files/deskpro-beta-android-app-apk Live chat is something we will be working on very soon.
