Integration of Feedback and Youtrack/project management tools. Collecting Feedback

I have just started cleaning up our Feedback page and would like to add notes and references to YouTrack here. This so that it is clear within our organization which feedback has been picked up, in what way and what the status is. So just like with the tickets I would like to see the option "Agent Note" and "Youtrack URL", which would be hidden from public view .
