Add generic S3 support for 3rd party S3 clusters Collecting Feedback

We have our own S3 compatible "ceph" cluster and would much prefer to keep our customer data secure and local instead of on the Amazon S3 cloud.

Please expand your current S3 support to include the ability to specify a 3rd part S3 server not just an Amazon S3 server
