Ability to edit the chain of ticket messages when forwarding a ticket Collecting Feedback

Very often we have a lot of messages in our conversations but there are only parts of them which we need to forward as important information.  We'd like to be able to edit/remove parts of the messages chain which is included when forwarding a ticket.
