In Departments then Layouts, you can make fields display optionally depending on the default fields provided by Deskpro. I would request the ability to display these fields depending on Custom Fields; again currently only the default fields: Product, Workflow, etc. --- You get this by going to a layout and click on the Gear on the field and the last option allows you to choose this dependency.

Additionally, it would be helpful to have the dependency: organization = "example organization"
Allow custom ticket fields to be used as criteria when selecting 'Only show this field based on custom criteria' within a Form.
