The latest update to Deskpro will bring you our new integration with GitLab to optimize your team’s workflow.
Your agents will be able to link Gitlab issues to Deskpro tickets so that you can track their progress alongside the tickets you have with your users. This makes it easier to have information at hand from your GitLab issues while interacting with people in Deskpro and streamlines your communication process.
You have the freedom to link multiple issues to the same ticket, and the integration will allow you to view a list of them with their key details visible at a glance.
The integration also provides quick links to let you open your issues in a new tab and access all of GitLab’s functionality, and see even more information about issues.
