Editing fields on a ticket requires a click on the gear symbol and then a save. Desired Implementation: Fields are editable by default and automatically save when ticket is closed.

You no longer need to click a gear icon on fields to edit them; however there is still a save button. This is because with fields that affect other fields - a change to one field may require changes to other fields before the field should be saved. Also triggers can run when fields are changed, so we want to make sure the field change is on purpose.
