I was trying to find if there was already a feature request for my idea but couldn't find a quick way to search by keywords.

Hi Christian. The omni-search on the User Portal works in this way. It brings up all relevant articles, guides, feedback. It is not specifically for feedback, but all relevant information across the helpdesk.
