Hover pop-up for ticket subject line Collecting Feedback

One of our clients told us that the Ticket Subject field in the Help Centre Ticket list is too small to identify some old tickets.

I have an idea, what about making a "hover" popup when the mouse is on the text, to show the complete subject and other ticket details?
