We’re delighted to announce the release of Deskpro 2019.1.2 - This small release patches up a handful of bugs identified in the previous version. We recommend applying this to your helpdesk as soon as possible. 

• DP-2948 - Corrections made to certain language pack titles which were not listed correctly
• DP-2945 - Fixes a regression limiting the full functionality of SAML SSO, initiating authorisations from the SP (Deskpro side) now works
• DP-2943 - A user portal glitch causing an issue when trying to toggle between the "English" language and other languages now resolved
• DP-2942 - Improvement to the output of the "Test Settings" function in a SAML SSO integrations to avoid displaying a false error
