To delete a guide topic. Go to Publish in the agent interface.

Click on the Guides drop-down in the filter pane.

Deleting Single Topics

Select the guide you wish to delete topics from.

You will see the topic appear in the content pane.

Click on the PROPERTIES tab within the content pane.

Click the Delete button.

The guide topic will now be deleted.

Deleting Guide Categories

Guide categories can only be deleted once that category is empty, and contains no guide topics.

Ensure you have deleted the topics in the guide category you wish to delete.

Select the guide you wish to delete.

Click on the folder tab next to the name of the guide at the top of the list pane.

Click the Delete Guide button.

The guide category will now be deleted.
