The Deskpro agent and admin interfaces work with most up to date desktop browsers, including:

• Google Chrome: latest two versions

• Firefox: latest two versions

• Safari: latest two versions

• Microsoft Edge:  latest two versions

The Helpcentre and Messenger will work in a wider range of browsers, including 

• iOS 9 and higher

• Chrome Mobile for Android: latest version

• Internet Explorer: v11 (guranteed until the end of 2020)

• Edge Legacy: v44 (guranteed until the end of 2020)

Note about Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge Legacy

While, at the time of writing, the Agent and Admin interface continues to work in both Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge Legacy (v44) built on EdgeHTML 15 (Microsoft Edge has since moved to using Chromium as the rendering engine), bugs specific to these browers will not be resolved and at some point in 2020 a major Deskpro release will mean that Deskpro will not function with these browsers.
