To modify the text on the Contact Us page, such as the Button label, the Navigation Label, the search bar placeholder and the Title above the form, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin > Configurations > Phrase Translations.

2. Select ‘Help Center UI’ from the list.

3. Search for the following objects to update:

   • Button: helpcenter.general.nav_newticket

   • Navigation: helpcenter.general.nav_contact

   • Title: helpcenter.tickets.new_section_title

   • Search bar placeholder: helpcenter.general.search
