it would be great if we could like or maybe dislike a note in a ticket.

we often want to simply notify that we agree or have read a note.

A simple thumb up would be perfect.

Possibly a way to mark a note a read by an agent would be wonderful. Something like an 'acknowledge' button would be awesome.
