Option to increase font size for agent interface and chat Collecting Feedback

I think the font sizes you guys are using for the admin/agent interface and chat are far too small. I would like the option to re-size the text (avoiding having to adjust my browser settings).

I would agree with this request, as we have had some of our customers comment on how small the font is in chats. Thank you.

Good afternoon We continue to get from our customers that the chat is very hard to read. Is there by any chance progress on allowing users to manually adjust the font/darkness/size of the chats? Thank you!
