Notification templates Collecting Feedback
We would like to be able to create ticket and web browser notification templates, rather than copy the settings from another user. Given that we allow agents to change their notification preferences, it's not particularly useful to be able to copy the settings from another user. It is also not practical to burn one or more agent licenses just to have different 'template users' from which to copy these settings.
