JIRA integration - carry over text Collecting Feedback

Need to be able to carry over the ticket's description when 'pushing' a ticket in JIRA via the plug-in. At the moment I have to copy/paste the ticket description from deskpro to jira manually. which is not ideal

I second that. Not only the ticket description, but all previous notes and replies too. the jira description field allows rich text, so that could be neatly formatted.
