The Properties and Actions, People, and Assignments boxes all take up a lot of space. I rarely touch them, so it would be great if they could be moved or collapsible so they can get out of the way.

That concept could be useful in a few ways. Think of auto-hide.

This needs to be configurable though - we use custom fields on tickets which agents will modify through the life of a ticket (helps track some SLAs). I wouldn't want those to be hidden.
