The Ticket satisfaction section gives you two views of User responses to the  Ticket Satisfaction Surveys.

Access this section by clicking on the in the Navigation Panel, and selecting the Ticket Satisfaction option: image.png

The Feed view shows you a detailed view of recent responses (most recent at the top), showing comments as well as ratings. image.png

And click the Summary tab to see a table of the daily totals of positive, neutral and negative ratings for each Agent.
