Trustpilot Setup

This guide will walk you through the set up for our Trustpilot reviews channel so your agents can manage your reviews from your helpdesk.

Note

You will not be able to connect your Trustpilot account if you are using Trustpilot's Free plan.

  1. Log into your Trustpilot Business account and enable Partner Permissions. This is under Settings > Data Consent.

  1. Log into your Deskpro instance and go to the Admin interface. Navigate to Channels > Trustpilot > Business and click Add.

  1. Find your business by its domain. In our example our domain is [deskpro.tp-testing.com](<http://deskpro.tp-testing.com>), your domain can be found in the top left corner of your Trustpilot business account.

  2. Click on verify account, this will take you to Trustpilot where you must give us consent to act on your behalf.

  3. Once you have given consent you’ll be redirected back to Deskpro.

  4. Your account is now set up and will receive new events when a review is submitted.

Now when a review is submitted to your Trustpilot account, your helpdesk will receive the review automatically as a new Ticket.
