Go to the Admin Interface by clicking the gear icon in the Navigation Bar.

Go to Configuration > Branding, click on the Brand and enter the details requested under Brand Settings and Website.

You are able to set different Brand Favicons for your Helpdesk and Help Center if needed.

Note


On Deskpro On-Premise, you will see a Helpdesk URL entry; this should be the web/intranet address where Users can access your Help Center, e.g. https://help.yourcompany.com.
