Multi-Branded Help Centers let you support multiple independent brands, departments, products or services through a single helpdesk.
Any correspondence that occurs through one 'Branded Help Center' is linked to Teams or Departments in your helpdesk to make branded support entirely possible and highly efficient.
If you're a large 'parent' company with a number of 'children' subsidiary businesses that wants to separate out the various Teams in your organization, or offer multiple different products that require specific support platforms then Deskpro's Multi-Brand feature could help you.
Brands
Your different brands or services can be supported on entirely different platforms that all operate under the same helpdesk, making control simple whilst still being completely individual Help Centers. Your Help Centers can be localized to specific countries and you can publish separate content across them tailored specifically for the service, department or brand in question; taking the complication out of multi-branded support.

All content, including News, Knowledgebase Articles, Guides, Downloads, Feedback, Contact Forms, can be made brand specific and can be applied to one Help Center or all as required.
You can customize your contact forms across your Help Centers to route Tickets to relevant departments or Teams based on the brand platform your Messenger Widget is embedded on. You can also assign individual Agents to brands based on their skills, knowledge or history with a specific brand or product. Or assign particular Departments to operate under individual brands.
Customizing your Help Centers
To differenciate between your various branded Help Centers you can customize different aspects of the platform. Each Help Center can have it's own logo, welcome message, font type and color, inline with the different brand's identity needs.
You simply click between your various brands on the drop down menu on Help Center > Help Center Design where you can cycle through different settings.
Help Center themes can be selected, you can set up brand colors, import a splash image, add a welcome message, choose fonts and more, you will see the updates to changes you make on a graphic display on the right hand side. You can also view the display logged in as different Users to see how any changes you make will appear on your Help Center.
There is also the option for more advanced editing by using our templates and edit the HTML, Javascript or CSS of the Help Center.
