Once each AI Agent Productivity Feature is enabled in Admin, the features will be made available to all agents associated with the "All Permissions" and "All Non-Destructive Permissions" permission groups by default.

Agent Permission Groups

To enable the AI agent productivity features for permission groups.

1. Navigate to Admin>Agents>Permission Groups and click on the permission group you would like to edit.

2. Within the drawer navigate to the Permissions tab and select Others

3. Under the AI Permissions section enable the permissions for the Agent Productivity features that you would like the permission group to have access to.

Individual Agents

You can also control access to each AI agent productivity feature for individual agents. To manage access to the AI agent productivity features for a specific Agent

1. Navigate to Admin>Agents>Agent Profiles and click on the Agent you would like to edit.

2. Within the drawer navigate to the Permissions tab and select Others

3. Under the AI Permissions section enable or disable the permissions for the Agent Productivity features that you would like the specific Agent to have access to.
