SSO

Google has created their own Pre-integrated SSO application for Deskpro within Google Workspace.

Their guides on how to configure their application are available here

Auto Provisioning

Google Workspace's SSO application also supports Auto Provisioning to provision your users into Deskpro automatically.

This feature uses the Deskpro API and requires an API key. These can be generated from Admin > Apps & Integrations > API Keys.

You may also require an API URL. This will be your helpdesk URL followed by /api/v2, i.e,

https://support.example.com/api/v2
