We’re delighted to announce the release of Deskpro 5.13.1

Deskpro 5.13.1 includes improvements and bug fixes as listed below:

• Certain special characters are now escaped properly when sent through php to the mysqldump command

• Grouping tickets in the main ticket view now displays the correct highlighted option

• The “none” category when grouping tickets now responds correctly

• Adding more than one action to the follow up sequence previously caused a glitch in the interface

• In the chat interface, the view will now always snap to the latest messages in the coversation

• Commenting and usergroup permissions related to guides has been improved

• Number of improvements made to the ticket importer tools

• API: online_for_chat propadded to agent filters
