Please add ticket satisfaction criteria to the ticket search function on the Agent site Report

I have an Agent who does not allow me to use the report function.
We would like them to be able to see a list of tickets according to their level of satisfaction with themselves, and use this as a reference for future correspondence.
For this reason, we would like to add a satisfaction level to the ticket search criteria.
