Can Deskpro be set to accept email addresses from the same domain, but not registered within the helpdesk, will auto register.. as long as the matches. E.g. we have a single user account for Company1. We have, registered on the helpdesk... emails the helpdesk, but their account isn’t registered, however the helpdesk picks up that is in the from email address, and so auto registers and creates a ticket for them.
