We have a continuous use case of needing to create user accounts without having an email address for clients, so currently having to use dummy addresses. Could we have the ability to create users within deskpro without needing them. Of course this would mean we would have to manage password resets and they wouldnt get any email updates about anything (logging tickets for example) but thats fine.
This would also mean that the login screen would need to change to allow logging in with username instead of email only (another pain point but logged by someone else's feature request ticket)
