In July 2020 we announced the launch of our updated Help Center theme. 

Currently, customers can choose to manually switch to the new theme by following the steps in this article. However,  we will be deprecating the legacy portal theme in the near future and at that time we will be required to automatically enable the Help Center theme for anyone who has not already made the switch. The legacy portal theme will no longer continue to be supported or developed. 

We encourage helpdesk Admins to manually make the switch as soon as possible to ensure you have the opportunity to review and customize the theme to your preference before it is set live.
