I’m looking to build a quarterly SLA report by agent to pull the SLA metrics of the past 90 days, which isn’t possible from the drop-down menu. Could “in the past 90 days” be added to the dropdown list? All of our reporting needs revolve around a quarterly basis.
Alternatively, a custom date range selector would work.
Naturally, this should not only be available in the stat builder, but also in the (custom) dashboards.
