If you get this error when trying to set up the JIRA integration, check that the JIRA and Deskpro servers can both access each other. For example, if your Deskpro helpdesk is not exposed to the internet and you're trying to use JIRA On-Demand (ie Cloud hosted), you must make sure the helpdesk can see the JIRA Cloud servers. Contact JIRA support to find out details of which IPs to allow.
