The On Premise Controller checks the Elasticsearch indexes for all Deskpro instances on your server.

It is advisable that instances use individual Elasticsearch indexes rather than a single index with multiple aliases - as was historically used. If a multi-tenancy index is detected, a Low Severity problem will be raised to remind you to change the index configuration for the instance.
