Yes, you can specify EU hosting. The cost per agent is £30 per month (ie priced in UK pounds sterling, as opposed to US$ for our standard hosting).

The minimum helpdesk size for EU hosting is 5 agents.

To get your EU hosting set up, please email sales@deskpro.com with the address and contact details which should appear on the invoice, the number of agents you want, and your EU VAT number if you are a non-UK company based in the EU.
