Launching Your Helpdesk

Make sure your Agents know that they are going to be helping Users through Deskpro and that they are happy with the Agent interface. Publicize your new helpdesk to Users:

  • Make sure that your website/intranet publicizes the email accounts that you’ve set up to work with Deskpro
  • Link to the Portal from your existing website
  • Announce the new system in your official newsletter/blog, and on social media etc
  • Make sure any that embeds are live on your site and that Users can find them
