The On-Premise Controller (OPC) is Deskpro's comprehensive server management software.

It is a service which is packaged with your Deskpro instance on the same server, and allows you to maintain the server through an easy to use web interface.

It simplfies a number of functions which would usually require extensive server knowledge to complete, such as adding additional domains and configuring SSL certificates, configuring external services such as databases and filesystems, and performing automated backups.

It automatically performs security updates to your server, and will alert you to any new Deskpro updates or problems with the server which require intervention.

You can even run multiple Deskpro instances on the same server in individually sandboxed environments, allowing you to create a test server temporarily, without having to create a new server or the risk of it affecting your live helpdesk.
