To restore a backup via the webgui, you simply need to import the backup file into a new instance.
Under Instances, select + New, then select Import Instance
Select Production then select Version 6 (Horizon)
In the Import Instance form, enter a unique Instance ID, select whether you want to allow access via IP address, whether you would like to use an external database or Elasticsearch server, then upload the backup file via the Import File field.
Once the file upload is complete, check the Import Confirmation box, then click Import Instance to restore your backup.
Once the backup has been restored, your helpdesk should be up and running immediately.
You may need to ensure that your DNS is configured correctly if you have moved to a new IP, and you may need to reinstall any SSL certificates (or generate a new LetsEncrypt certificate) which were configured on your previous server.
