Deskpro supports the following operating systems:

Linux (virtual or physical)

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Debian 12 (Bookworm)
RedHat Enterprise Linux 9
AlmaLinux 9
RockyLinux 9

Windows (physical only)

Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2019
Windows Server 2022

For trial purposes, you can also run:

Windows 10/11 Home with Virtualbox
Windows 10/11 Pro+ with Hyper-V

Using Windows workstation editions for anything other than trial purposes is unsupported.

Warning

We only support physical Windows computers due to the potential for nested virtualization on Windows VMs.
